What can LGR offer?
LGR was set up with the intention of helping graduates and junior candidates find positions in the environmental sector. While this remains our primary focus, we have inevitably moved on to assist with more senior level roles up to Directorships. We are above all, keen to understand our clients' needs and familiarise ourselves with all personalities involved so that we provide the right fit for both parties.

Internships
We have had great success with internship placements, an excellent chance for gradutes to make a start on their career. For companies, sifting through hundreds of CVs can often replace valuable working time which is why our service is so popular. We provide a list of 5 – 10 candidates, specifically interviewed for the role within a few days of the initial request producing a quick hire for our clients.

Executive Search
We are occasionally asked for a very specific recruit at a senior level. As such we do offer a confidential headhunting service on a case by case basis.
