Our client, a waste management consultancy, provides a range of services that help its clients operate to the highest environmental standards. They reduce the environmental impact of the waste their clients produce, the energy they consume and the stationery they buy. They are looking to overhaul the way they use the CRM database and you will work directly with the Head of Client Services to help develop new strategies and methods to reach out to clients. Other responsibilities will be writing and sending out newsletters, helping to manage events and seminars and conducting customer and competitor research. You will have excellent written skills, experience in analysing data, a methodical approach to work and a good degree, preferably in Marketing. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, resourceful and pro-active with a genuine interest in a career in marketing. Knowledge of waste and the sustainability sector is bonus but not a pre-requisite.

Sustainability Internship (paid)

Our client is a small and growing team of carbon and sustainability specialists covering energy efficiency, waste and recycling, procurement, transport, renewable energy, carbon management and communications. They are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, sustainability intern to help develop the business and provide delivery support on consultancy projects, the certification scheme and for the business as a whole. You will:
-Help write proposals and run events.
-Help develop the tools and knowledge base for the business.
-Help the management team with the administration of a variety of other carbon and sustainability projects.
-Support the delivery of the certification programme to a range of UK and London businesses.
-Help provide on and off site environmental support to businesses.
You will have some knowledge of sustainability, very well developed writing skills and a proven ability to learn fast in a new environment. You will also be available for an immediate start.
